If you would like to proceed with an order, please reach out using the contact form under the services and pricing tab. We will be in touch to confirm your order, after which you will receive an invoice via square payments. 


Upon receipt of payment, I will send you a detailed email with information on what I require from you. This will include an online form to submit the relevant information to help me create your resume. This can include providing a copy of your most recent resume, submitting additional information, job description forms or job advertisements. 


After I receive all your information, I will craft your resume in accordance with your future career goals ensuring to best highlight your skills and experience. 


All our options are provided in PDF formats. 


You will receive a drafted version of your resume via email to ensure you are happy with the content. This will provide you an opportunity to nominate any edits, additions or changes you wish to be made. 


Please ensure that all information you wish to be included in your resume is detailed at the time of submission. Additional information input or major updates may incur additional costs. 


Your happiness with your resume is my top priority and I am committed to ensuring you are 110% happy with what I have provided. 


I ensure your complete satisfaction by:


Offering a draft review before final approval: 

This allows you to make any initial edits or corrections to your resume, ensure all personal details, education, certifications and employment history are correct before your final copy is provided. 


Offering a 5-day window for any minor adjustments or edits after final copies have been approved:

All orders will have a 5 day period to request and minor tweaks, edits or adjustments such as date changes, qualification names, personal details or job role. 


Please note: Any significant adjustments or additional information inputs will incur an additional charge ranging from $35-50. 


Subject to availability and demand, 24-hour turnarounds are available. 


Turnaround times commence from time information submission has been received. 


For all urgent matters, please send an email to admin@rightyourresume.com.au at your earliest convenience. 


There is no time limit on submitting your information once payment has been made. However, please note that turnaround times commence from the day information is received NOT from when order submission or payment dates.


All resumes (unless otherwise specified) have a turnaround time of 3-7 days. This is dependent upon demand at time of purchase.
