Services Provided

• Right Your Resume provides professional resume writing and related services as outlined in the order details.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required before work commences unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payments are non-refundable once the service has commenced, except in cases outlined in Clause 5.

Order Confirmation

• An order is confirmed once you (the client) approve the service details via the Client Order Confirmation Form or other written agreement.
•  It is your responsibility to ensure the order details are correct before confirming.

Change of Mind and Incorrect Orders

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, or if the service is no longer required after work has commenced.
• If you wish to change or modify your order, additional fees may apply depending on the scope of the changes. 

Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided if:

• The service delivered does not match the description provided in the agreed order.
• There is a major failure to deliver the service as outlined in the order.
• Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery of the final product.

Service Timeframes

• The standard turnaround time for your resume is between 3 to 7 business days unless otherwise specified. This timeframe includes weekends but does not include public holidays.
• The turnaround time will commence once all necessary information has been received. If additional information is required after the order has been confirmed, the turnaround time will be adjusted accordingly.
• We will make every effort to deliver your service within the agreed timeframe. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will notify you promptly if this happens.

Draft and Amendments

• Upon receiving the draft version of your resume, you are entitled to one round of amendments at no additional cost. You may request changes, additions, or edits at this stage to ensure the resume aligns with your preferences.
• Once the final version of your resume has been issued, any further amendments will incur additional charges. The cost of these amendments will be communicated and agreed upon prior to any work being carried out.

Client Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information to facilitate the service. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information will not be our responsibility.
• All information necessary for your resume must be submitted via the online submission form unless otherwise agreed upon. This ensures that all relevant and necessary information is obtained to complete your resume accurately.

Intellectual Property

• All resumes and related documents created by us remain the intellectual property of Right Your Resume until full payment is received.

Confidentiality

• We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Dispute Resolution

• If a dispute arises, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation before pursuing legal or regulatory action.
